Now, it is important to note that most often, if you live south and east of the Virgin River in St George Utah, Washington, Washington Fields, Washington, Bloomington, Bloomington Hills, you are not in the area coverd by St George Municipal Power. Please confirm with each power district as to what are your address falls in, they are the authority on that. South and east of the Virgin River generally is in the Dixie Escalante Power district and the rates do vary between the two areas.
